Navigating complex buying-committees and securing buy-in from large accounts is an AEs worst nightmare.
Oftentimes deals lose momentum. Priorities shift or their champion moves on, making it difficult for AEs to know who to connect with next.
And even when they do know, they lack the data required to reach them or aren’t quite sure how to break through the noise.
Only having one contact in an accounts is a huge risk.
Here's my approach to identifying other stakeholders, bringing in more teams and closing open opportunities faster, along with some templates you can steal.

Step 1: Find your account in companion
Every day, your companion will identify the contacts from your accounts that you should reach out to today.
So instead of spending hours researching your prospects, you can spend your limited time on valuable, timely outreach
Step 2: Look out for signals that can get the deal progressing again
Different companies and reps find different signals more valuable. They can all work, but you have to tailor your outreach accordingly.
Sales Companion gives you fresh insights into your accounts so you know who else you should be reaching out to to keep the deal moving.
A play I love is identifying new joiners in the company, especially champions/ users from a previous company.

Step 3: Start connecting with the right decision-makers
In your Companion browser extension click into the account and scroll down to 'Recommended Contacts'.
This is an AI-driven list of highly recommended contacts within the account, ready for you to prospect.
So whenever a your account has a new-joiner, you'll be the first to know.
Each contact record includes the correct mobile and email for that individual and can be easily exported into your CRM or sales engagement tool.
You'll also be able to see other relevant account signals, for example if the account received funding, currently hiring for roles in your ICP or showing intent for a specific technology so you can personalised your outreach even more.

Now it's time to turn these technographic signals into results. Here's some of the emails I've used to engage new contacts in accounts to progress the deal.
